Kalpana Singh has extensive experience in talent acquisition, specializing in various roles within the technology and product sectors. Currently serving as a TAM - Fulfillment at Turing since April 2025, Kalpana previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Atlan and took a brief career break for full-time parenting before that. From October 2019 to February 2024, Kalpana worked as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition at PharmEasy, leading hiring initiatives across engineering and product functions, and prior roles included Manager and Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, where significant contributions were made to leadership recruitment. Kalpana’s career began as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at InterviewBit, focusing on diverse hiring needs for backend, front-end, mobile, and leadership roles. Academically, Kalpana holds a PGDM in Labor and Industrial Relations from Annamalai University and a PGDM in Human Resources from the International School of Business and Research.
