Nilambari Rathi is a seasoned product and strategy & operations manager with over 8 years of experience in product management and operations. They currently support the Gen AI Advancement & LLM training business unit at Turing. In previous roles, Nilambari served as a Deputy Vice President of Strategy at AU Small Finance Bank and held various positions at Tata Administrative Services, where they consulted on significant projects across the Tata Group. They co-founded Library of Scroll, a successful platform for curating impactful articles, and worked at Razorpay, where they led a Forex product to an impressive annual run rate. Nilambari began their education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and continues to develop their expertise.
