Joachim R. has extensive experience in leadership roles within the beverage and financial services industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Central Market at Coca-Cola Consolidated since October 2011, Joachim oversees operations in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Previous positions at Coca-Cola included Senior Director of Customer Care, where responsibilities spanned over 300 employees, and Director of the Customer Care Center with a focus on Inside Sales strategy. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Joachim held several director positions at TIAA from 1993 to 2011, managing significant budgets and leading high-performing teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
