Pietro Garofalo

Pietro Garofalo is the VP of R&D at TuringSense. Pietro has over 10 years of experience in managing innovative R&D projects in the orthopedic medical device and sports medicine market. Pietro has a strong background in motion analysis and has opened collaborations in the field of applied motion analysis in clinics and sports medicine. Pietro has also linked industry to academic research for the development of highly innovative measurement techniques.

Pietro Garofalo]]]]]] has a PhD in Biomechanics from Università di Bologna, which they received in 2009. Pietro also attended the 2nd Summer School on Advanced technologies for neuro-motor assessment and rehabilitation in 2008. In 2007, they completed a DOE at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Finally, they attended Università degli Studi di Padova in 2007 where they studied computational genomic and proteomic.
