Jeff St. Jean

Jeff St. Jean has a diverse work experience. Jeff began their career in 2012 as a Hockey Official for the Ontario Hockey Association. In 2017, they became a Cadet Aerospace Instructor for the Department of National Defence. In 2018, they joined Western Aero Design as a Business Operations Captain, Controls Captain, Onboard Systems Team Lead, and Controls Team Member. In 2019, they worked as an IT Operations Specialist for BMO Financial Group. In 2020, they became a Founder and President of the Western Engineering Satellite Team and also worked as a Research in AI for Spacecraft Resilience (RAISR) Intern for NASA. In 2021, they were an Engineering Intern at Canadensys Aerospace Corporation. Jeff is currently a Flight Software Engineer at Turion Space.

Jeff St. Jean is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Jeff is also enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at Western University, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Dassault Systèmes: a Certified Solidworks Associate in Simulation in April 2021, and a Certified Solidworks Associate in November 2019.
