Zeynep Çakmak

Zeynep Çakmak completed her primary and secondary education at TED Ankara College and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1989. In 1990, he received his lawyer's license. He completed his master's degree in international law (LLM) at the University of Nottingham with a full scholarship from the United Kingdom. He completed his doctorate in public law in administrative law and energy law, again at Ankara University Faculty of Law.

He started his career at Garanti Bank and later worked as a lawyer at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He has been working as a lawyer and managing partner in Ankara and Istanbul offices of Çakmak Attorney Partnership since 1994.

In parallel with his business life, he gave introductory law courses at Ankara University Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute and METU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

He served as the Chairman of the TEDÜV Supervisory Board in the period of 2016-2020.
