Devrim Ziya Tavil

Devrim Ziya Tavil is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership, business development, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Business Development at TEB since September 2019, Devrim is responsible for defining strategic objectives, enhancing digitalization efforts, and conducting thorough business analyses. Prior experience includes a role as Head of SME Banking at BNP Paribas, where Devrim supported the development and digitization of SME Banking across multiple regions, managing significant projects in Poland and the United States. Devrim's leadership at TEB previously established a successful SME Banking division, significantly contributing to the bank's net income and profit. Early career experience includes roles at Pamukbank, where Devrim was the Retail Banking Director, overseeing strategy and operations across multiple branches. Devrim holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Middle East Technical University.
