Ugur Alpay

Ugur Alpay, CFE, possesses extensive experience in compliance and auditing within the banking sector, currently serving as Uyum İşlem İzleme Müdürü at TEB since September 2013. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, managing relationships with legal authorities, conducting compliance audits, and preparing reports for top management. Previously, Ugur held the position of Senior Auditor at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. from November 2006 to August 2013, where significant contributions included conducting full audits and developing risk control methodologies. Ugur's early career involved roles as a referee for the Turkish Basketball Federation and as a trainee at Info Securities Co. Furthermore, Ugur holds a degree from Dokuz Eylul University and completed secondary education at İzmir Atatürk Lisesi.
