Mehmet Yücel

Mehmet Yücel has a solid background in recruitment and talent management, starting with their current role as the Recruitment and Talent Management Vice President at Turk Eximbank since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vakıf Katılım as the Recruitment and Career Planning Assistant Vice President from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles in the field of HR at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası from 2014 to 2019. These roles included HR Business Partner and Commercial Sales Specialist. Before joining Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, Mehmet worked at Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank as a Commercial Sales Specialist and SME Sales Specialist from 2012 to 2014.

Mehmet Yücel completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Afyon Kocatepe University in 2012. Mehmet is currently pursuing a Master of Social Science degree in Human Resources Management from Marmara University, which is expected to be completed in 2021.
