Baris Turan

Baris Turan has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Group Financial Control Director at Turk Telekom since April 2017, having previously held the position of Group IFRS, Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting Group Manager. Prior to Turk Telekom, Baris worked at Oger Telecom from September 2008 to April 2017 as a Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager focusing on Financial Reporting and Consolidation. Baris began the career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an Assistant Manager from September 2004 to September 2008 and has also served as a Research & Teaching Assistant at Istanbul Technical University from January 2003 to September 2004. Academically, Baris holds a Master of Science in Management Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Istanbul Technical University.
