Hande Serim

Hande Serim, PhD, serves as the Leadership Development and Talent Management Group Manager at Türk Telekom Academy since March 2021. With a solid background in human resources, Serim previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Odgers Berndtson / Profil International from November 2014 to March 2021 and taught various courses in Business Administration at Yeditepe University between 2005 and 2008. Earlier experience includes roles at Daimler AG, where responsibilities ranged from managing sales for Smart passenger cars to financial controlling of vehicle pricing and discount strategies. Hande Serim holds a PhD in Talent Management and Organizational Development from Marmara University, complemented by an MBA and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Marmara University, as well as studying Business Administration at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
