Eren ÖNAL is the Director of BiP & Digital Advertising at Turkcell, where they enhance customer experience through data-driven insights and digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Eren served as the Trade Marketing Group Manager and CRM Manager at Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları, where they led marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies. Eren began their career as an Executive Assistant at the same company, providing critical reports to the General Manager. Eren holds an MBA in Marketing from Fachhochschule Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel, acquired in 2005.
