Gulistan Dagdelen has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Associate Director at Turkcell since February 2014, where responsibilities include managing a team of 21 in-house employees and 550 outsourced staff, as well as supporting enterprise sales across multiple segments. Achievements include managing a 500 million TL operational budget, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and consistently exceeding sales targets—with notable accomplishments such as leading revenue growth and building strategic relationships in various industries. Prior experience includes key account management roles in both the finance and health sectors, and founding a company. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Koç University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Yıldız Technical University.
