Ilker Karamanli

Ilker Karamanli, MSc, MBA, is an experienced technical product manager currently serving as Associate Principal TV+ Technical Product Manager at Turkcell since October 2016. With a strong background in digital services and solutions, Ilker has held various roles including Expert Product Owner and Senior Technical Product Manager, overseeing product quality, leading cross-functional teams, and managing product roadmaps for platforms such as TV+ and fizy. Prior experience includes positions at NETAŞ as a Senior Software Developer and Scrum Master, along with roles in hospitality and entertainment earlier in the career. Ilker holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and an MBA from both Koç University and Yale School of Management.
