Mazhar Karagulle

Mazhar Karagulle is an experienced professional in the field of managed security services, currently serving as Associate Director at Turkcell since December 2016. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Manager and SOC Manager within the same organization, Mazhar has significant expertise in planning and managing security services operations, budget management, and DDoS operations for both Turkcell and its customers. Prior to Turkcell, Mazhar held various leadership positions, including Regional CTO at Yıldız Holding, Owner and Director at NETEKSPER, and Network and Security Manager at Oytek, among others. Mazhar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Capital Markets and Finance from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
