Pelin Güzeloğlu

Pelin Güzeloğlu has extensive experience at Turkcell, beginning in April 2000 and progressing through various leadership roles, including Customer Experience Director, Associate Director of Customer Experience, Head of Customer Experience, and Corporate Sales Development Manager. In these positions, Pelin focused on enhancing customer value through effective segmentation and managing sales operations, target planning, and performance monitoring for both Consumer and Corporate sales organizations. Prior experience includes managing a sales executive team as Regional Sales Manager for the Consumer Business and roles as Sales Executive and Customer Care Consultant. Pelin's career began as a Landscape Architect while freelancing from January 1996 to April 2000. Pelin earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Cukurova University between 1991 and 1995.
