Les Goff possesses extensive experience in the agricultural and insurance industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Turkey Valley Farms, LLC since November 2011, Goff has also held the roles of Plant Manager and Production Coordinator/Commodity Sales within the organization. Prior to this, Goff worked as an Agent for Farm Bureau Financial Services from December 2002 to November 2011, where responsibilities included selling and servicing a complete line of insurance and investment products. Goff's career began at Jennie-O Turkey Store, where a tenure from August 1983 to September 2002 as Plant Superintendent was established.
