Baris Kirkayak has extensive experience in the aerospace and industrial paint sectors, currently serving as Chief at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii since August 2005, where responsibilities include assembly paintshop and sealant process planning and management. Prior to this role, Baris held the position of Uretim Sefi at Kimetsan from November 2000 to August 2005, overseeing production for industrial chemicals and waterborne industrial paints. Baris completed an education at Hacettepe Üniversitesi from 1994 to 2000.
