ÇAĞRI GÜRÇAĞLAR is an experienced professional in enterprise process management, currently serving as Enterprise Development Manager at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii since February 2010. With expertise in creating infrastructure for balance scorecard software, managing performance dashboards, and leading continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ÇAĞRI has a proven track record in enhancing operational and managerial processes. Previous roles included Specialist and Engineer positions within enterprise process management, focusing on setting and measuring KPIs and conducting process improvement initiatives. ÇAĞRI holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University and has pursued advanced studies in science during high school at Mehmet Emin Resulzade Anatolian High School.
