Filiz Bikmen

Filiz Bikmen is a seasoned professional in social investment and philanthropic advisory, serving as the Social Investment Adviser and Founding Director of Esas Sosyal since January 2014. As the founder of Constellations for Change, Filiz advises various entities on social investment strategies, collaborating with notable organizations such as WINGS and the King Baudouin Foundation. Filiz holds a Senior Adviser position at EMpower, focusing on grantmaking in Turkey, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Turkish Philanthropic Fund, having laid foundational grantmaking processes. With a strong background in organizational development, including roles at the Interaction Institute for Social Change and the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, Filiz has contributed to civil society and philanthropy enhancements in Turkey and beyond. Education includes a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a postgraduate fellowship at the Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society at CUNY.
