Turkiye Kalkinma Bankasi AS (TKB) is a Turkey-based development and investment bank. It provides funding support to environmental investments include industrial, tourism and energy. The Bank focuses on the support investments of enterprises organized as joint stock companies by providing loans obtained from domestic and international sources, as well as the provision of technical assistance to entrepreneurs. Its products and services include Investment services, which cover treasury bills, repo, Kalkinma funds, money transfer, and Apex Banking activities. In addition, the Bank also provides such loans as Kalkinma investment loan, Kalkinma working capital loan, World bank renewable energy and energy efficiency loan, European investment bank small and medium enterprises (SME) development loan, Islamic development bank investment loan and world bank SME-II Apex loan. In July 2013, it sold a touristic facility in Bodrum, Mugla, to Ofton Insaat Turizm ve Yatirim Sanayi ve Ticaret AS.
