Secil Yildiz

Secil Yildiz serves as Vice Chair of the Impact Investing Advisory Board, Türkiye NAB, since 2024 and is a member of the Board of Directors for SKD Türkiye. In the role of Executive Vice President for Investment Banking, Project Assessment, Sustainability, and Impact Investment at Kalkınma Yatırım Bankası since March 2019, Yildiz also chairs Kalkınma Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. and has been a board member for Türkiye Kalkınma Fonu since January 2021. Previous positions include board membership at Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi from 2020 to 2023, Deputy General Manager at KUZU GROUP from 2017 to 2019, and founder and managing partner of FSM Advisory, a finance and strategic advisory boutique, from 2015 to 2017. Yildiz held senior roles at ING Bank Turkey, focusing on structured finance, and UniCredit, specializing in structured and debt capital markets. Education was completed at Boğaziçi University from 1993 to 1998, following studies at Ankara Fen Lisesi.
