Caner Öztürk

Caner Öztürk is a seasoned telecommunications professional currently serving as the Network Operation Center Senior Manager at TurkNet since November 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the NOC department and overseeing daily operations to ensure network performance and availability. Prior experience includes a senior expert role in transport network planning and operations at Turkcell from December 2014 to November 2022, focusing on designing and managing backbone and access network infrastructure. Öztürk also completed internships at various organizations, including Turkcell, Arcelik Group, and Turk Telekom. Öztürk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University and completed a program on developing applications using Cisco core platforms and APIs at Knowledge Club.
