Cem Çelebiler

Cem Çelebiler is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TurkNet İletişim Hizmetleri, a position held since the company's inception in September 2008 following the merger of Netone and Turk.net. Previously, Cem served as Managing Director of Netone Telekom from January 1996 until its merger in 2008, where leadership facilitated growth into one of Turkey's leading alternative telecommunications operators. Additionally, Cem was a Board Member at the European Competitive Telecommunications Association from January 2017 to March 2023. Early career experience includes developing middleware at Sapient and programming educational software during high school. Academically, Cem holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a short program from INSEAD.
