Mustafa Helvaci

Mustafa Helvaci is an accomplished academic and project manager currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Project Office Manager at Istanbul Technical University since August 2014. Additionally, Mustafa has held a position at Turksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. since 2014 and previously worked as a Project Development Specialist at STM from March 2013 to September 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Chief Specialist on Scientific Research and Development Projects at TÜBİTAK from March 2005 to September 2010, where Mustafa was the leading Project Manager in ARDEB within the Applied Science and Research Department. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Astrophysics from the University of Kentucky (1996-2002) and a Bachelor's Degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Ankara University (1985-1989).
