Tara Psencik

Tara serves as our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. She has over 30 years combined experience in the Critical Care direct patient care environment and the medical device marketplace. She is also a knowledgeable, passionate, and respected leader known for managing and maintaining successful strategic and investor relations. Her business acumen has been proven by her ability to deliver and exceed organizational goals in multiple billion-dollar global medical device organizations.

Tara is known as someone who can recruit, retain and lead highly engaged employees. She is passionate about developing the Turn Medical brand, products, educational platform, and commercialization of a new generation of medical devices for the treatment of critically ill respiratory patients and protection of the caregivers who treat them.

Outside of Turn Medical, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters. She actively serves in her community, and enjoys visiting with friends and family, traveling, reading, running and working out.
