Joe Moseley

Joe Moseley has over two decades of experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Captain at Turn Services since February 2017 and as a River Pilot at American Commercial Barge Line since November 2015. Prior to these roles, Joe was a Lower Mississippi River Pilot/Captain at AEP River Operations from February 2007 to November 2015, and held the position of Captain at Marquette Transportation Company, LLC from December 2003 to January 2007. Joe's career began as a Marine Dispatcher/Captain at Consolidated Grain & Barge from May 2001 to December 2003. Educational pursuits include training at Davis Marine Training in 2013 and ongoing studies at the Seamans Church Institute and Western Kentucky Community College, both initiated in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
