Connor Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fundraising and nonprofit sector. Connor began their career as a Freelance Researcher for Tooley Street Research Ltd, where they conducted detailed analysis of existing literature for large social research projects. Connor then worked as a Research Consultant at TNS Global, providing meticulously constructed research projects on a freelance basis.

In 2015, Connor joined Cause4 as a Development Intern, gaining experience in nonprofit development. Connor then worked as a Fundraising Consultant for SPORTA UK, providing fundraising guidance for leisure centers transitioning into charitable organizations.

Connor's next position was as the Trusts, Statutory & Corporate Fundraiser at Ambitious about Autism, where they managed a large portfolio of donors, successfully increasing annual income through grant applications and stewardship.

From 2017 to 2020, they joined Nordoff Robbins as a Trusts and Grants Fundraiser, responsible for trust and foundation fundraising, and later as a Trusts and Grants Manager, leading the team in transformative growth and major donor strategy development.

In 2020, Connor joined Podium Analytics as the Head of Fundraising, focusing on creating innovative solutions to prevent injuries in sport and developing partnerships with academic bodies and sports stakeholders.

Currently, Connor holds the role of Head of Philanthropy at Turn2us, a position they assumed in 2022.

Connor Moore obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Northumbria University in 2011. Connor later pursued a Master's Degree in Social Sciences Research from the same university, completing it in 2013. Prior to their university education, Connor attended The Nelson Thomlinson School.
