Say Ooi

Say Ooi is an experienced User Experience Designer currently working at Turn2us since January 2021, focusing on co-production workshops, user journey mapping, and UI design. Say also serves as a Business Manager and UX Designer at De Yin School since April 2018. Previous roles include UX Designer at Connected Space Ltd, where Say introduced card sorting and rapid prototyping, and multiple positions such as Editor at 美麗日報 Beauties of Life and User Experience roles at Salterbaxter MSLGROUP, Dare, Digital Gurus, and Critical Mass, with notable projects for Premier League and CitiBank. Say holds a BSc in Computer Science from Staffordshire University, an MSc in Human Centred Systems from City, University of London, and a Diploma in English Literature and Creative Writing from The Open University.
