Tongai Mundenda

Tongai Mundenda is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Management Resources Executive at Turnall Holdings Limited since August 2017, Tongai is responsible for client liaison, training, and resolving industrial relations issues. Previously, at Innscor Snacks, Tongai held the role of Human Resources Officer, engaging in recruitment, training, payroll administration, and industrial relations. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Lobels Bread and The Perfect Bakery, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and liaising with external labor bodies. Tongai began the HR career as an Assistant at SIRDC, where responsibilities included induction, payroll for contract employees, and managing HRIS. Tongai holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Zimbabwe Open University.
