Tania Araya, the current Director of Programs at TurnAround Inc., previously held the role of Coordinator for the Family Violence Response Program at Mercy Medical Center. Tania also served as a Special Projects Manager at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. Prior to that, Tania was a Program Manager at House Of Ruth Maryland, where Tania managed the Teen Dating Violence Prevention Services. Tania holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Social Work and Community Planning.
