Don Hulke

Don Hulke is the founder and managing director of Legion Financial, LLC, established in July 2011, providing specialized financial services in bankruptcy, restructuring, and valuation. Hulke serves as a board member for both the Arizona Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and the Risk Management Association. Previous experience includes leadership roles at LECG, Corp, where Hulke served as principal overseeing bankruptcy and restructuring practices, and as director at MCA Financial Group, Ltd., managing complex financial engagements. Prior roles also include senior consultant at KPMG, LLP, focusing on high-stakes bankruptcy cases, and military service as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps. Hulke holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Barrett Honors College of Business at Arizona State University.
