Scott Stuart has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott is currently the CEO of the Turnaround Management Association, a global non-profit organization that supports professionals in the field of corporate renewal and turnaround. Prior to this, Scott was the Founder and Co-CEO of Esquify, a legal-tech solution focusing on legal document review. Scott also worked as a Business Development Executive at GCG, a leading bankruptcy claims administration company. Scott's past roles include being an Executive Director at Donlin, Recano & Company, where they led the development and deployment of innovative solutions for high-profile bankruptcy cases. Scott was also the Senior Vice President/General Counsel at TruFoods Systems, where they oversaw the legal and financial analysis of acquisition opportunities in the fast-casual food industry. Scott's earlier experience includes serving as the Department Chair of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors Rights Department at Rivkin Radler LLP and working as a Senior Attorney at the United States Department of Justice’s United States Trustee Program. Scott began their career as an Associate Attorney at Finkel, Goldstein and as an Assistant Director of Business Affairs at Rainbow Program Enterprises.
Scott Stuart began their education in 1980 at Binghamton University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science/Philosophy. Scott studied there for four years, completing their degree in 1984. After their undergraduate studies, Scott went on to attend Brooklyn Law School from 1984 to 1987. Scott received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 1987, specializing in Law.
