Tim Heise

Tim (Tj) Heise is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Director of Asset Management at Turnbridge Equities since June 2019. Tj has been a Partner at Winona Realty Ventures since October 2012. Previous roles include Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at MRP Realty from April 2015 to December 2020, and Real Estate Services Coordinator at CBRE from May 2014 to April 2015. Tj began a career in real estate as a Research Associate at CoStar Group from November 2012 to May 2014, and also founded Master Tj Kraft Car Detailing, operating from April 2006 to August 2008. Tj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America, earned between 2008 and 2012, and is a graduate of Cold Spring Harbor Jr./Sr. High School, class of 2008.
