Zach Rich

Zach Rich is an experienced construction and concrete industry professional, currently serving at Turner Brothers LLC since September 2023, and as a Hunterdon County Commissioner since January 2020. Zach holds significant roles in various committees within the American Concrete Institute, including ACI 302, ACI 360, ACI 330, and ACI 211, contributing as a voting and associate member. With a longstanding involvement in the N.J. Chapter of ACI since 2006, Zach has held multiple leadership positions, including President and Vice President. Zach’s previous experience includes vice chairing the NRMCA Promotion Committee for Concrete Pavement, serving as Vice President of Construction at Silvi Materials, and holding various elected positions, including Mayor of West Amwell Township. Additionally, Zach contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the Concrete Industry Management Program after earning a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University.
