Wade Wilson has extensive experience in the pest control industry. Wade began their career in 1988 as a Lead Service Tech for Rentokil Pest Control, where they were responsible for maintaining high-end and audited accounts. During their time there, they handled chemical ordering, paperwork, and payroll.

In 2003, Wilson joined Turner Pest Control as a Commercial Branch Manager. Wade played a pivotal role in building a successful team and growing the Commercial Division into a multimillion-dollar branch with the highest retention and customer satisfaction in the company. Wade also contributed to the development of the Bed Bug Division and provided training for all technicians.
