Robert Callahan

Robert Callahan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, customer service, and project engineering. Since December 2018, Robert serves as the Lead Wrap Administrator at TSIB, where responsibilities include enhancing and testing the Wrapworks system, managing technical assistance, and guiding the Data Entry Team. Prior roles at TSIB include Wrap Administrator, focusing on client management within a centralized insurance program, and Data Processor, handling data entry for multiple Wrap-Up clients. Before joining TSIB, Robert worked as a Sales Specialist at Unlimited RV, a Customer Service Specialist at IST Management, an Assistant Project Engineer at Eastern Metal Works, and completed an internship at NorthEast Financial Mortgage. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Mitchell College.
