Cleber Laranja, MISM

Cleber Laranja has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. Cleber began their career as an Adjunct Faculty member at ITT Technical Institute, where they provided computer instruction based on an approved curriculum. In 2016, they joined The Iserv Company as an IT Support Technician, where they responded to customer requests, submitted tickets, and provided technical support through remote management systems.

From 2018 to 2020, Cleber worked as an IT Support Technician at various companies, including ZBx Technology and PeopleIT, where they provided IT support and responded to helpdesk emails and voicemails.

In 2019, Cleber joined Rehmann as a Staff - Technology Solutions member, where they contributed to technology solutions for the company. Cleber later moved on to Atlas Coast, where they worked as a Technical Specialist from February 2021 to March 2021. Cleber then returned to Atlas Coast in August 2021 and worked until December of the same year.

Cleber's most recent positions include Technology Advisor at The Ovation Point LLC from December 2021 to February 2022, Help Desk Support L2 at Mirazon from February 2022 to April 2023, and Desktop Support L2 at Turner Techtronics, Inc. from April 2023 to the present.

Cleber Laranja pursued a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems at Ferris State University in the year 2005. Additionally, they obtained certifications in HIPAA Privacy and Security Training for Business Associate from HIPAA Training in September 2019, Advanced Networking and Security Management from Ferris State University in December 2005, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in June 2002.
