Our company is best described as a Construction & Development Project Management Consulting firm working for the Owners and Landlords, as the “Owners Representative” or "Owners Project Manager". We manage the entire project from a greenfield site to occupancy and we also manage renovations to existing buildings. Types of projects we work on are; Industrial distribution warehouses, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, office fit-ups, retail plazas, industrial and office condo conversions, self-storage facilities, residential condo buildings and renovations to all these types of buildings. In general terms, we are an Owners Representative / Owners Project Manager. We manage the following aspects of the project; we will tender and manage the design team (architects and engineers), we will be involved with the design development, we will oversee the Site Plan Approval process and the Building permit approval process, we will manage the tendering of the construction to Design Builders or General Contractors and once construction commences we will visit the site regularly and monitor the construction.
