Leigh Carter MSc FCIOB is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the New Hospital Programme Project Lead at Turner & Townsend, Leigh oversees the development of several major hospital projects, including the Royal Liverpool Hospital. As Director of the North-West Healthcare Team, Leigh leads efforts in delivering advanced healthcare facilities while specializing in Digital Transformation, sustainability, and strategic project management. Previous roles include Healthcare Sector Lead at Galliford Try Construction and Senior Project Manager at Mace, with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects in both the UK and internationally. Leigh holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from The University of Bolton and a Bachelor of Science in Project Management for Construction from the University of Brighton.
