Michael Milner

Michael Milner serves as the Director - Operations and People Lead at Turner & Townsend, where responsibilities include driving change within projects through enhanced benefits and outcome management, along with leading initiatives that promote ownership, growth, and performance excellence in the Programme Advisory business unit. With a strong background in strategy and transformation across transport and defence sectors, Michael has worked on major investment projects for clients in both the UK and globally. Previous roles include Director - Rail Operations and Change at RenlimM Ltd and various positions at London Underground, where contributions included innovative operating concepts and improving customer experiences. Michael holds a PgCert in Emergency Management & Planning and a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Hertfordshire.
