Nicholas Lawler

Nicholas Lawler is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the health and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management and NSW Education Lead at Turner & Townsend since November 2022, Nicholas played a key role in integrating CBRE's Health and Education teams into Turner & Townsend. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Associate Director at CBRE Asia Pacific, focusing on health and higher education projects, and also worked as a Manager in Planning and Property Development at Qantas. Nicholas's career includes significant roles at Johnstaff Projects, Inner West Council, and Pittwater Council, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Planning from UNSW and a Master's Degree in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney.
