Rob Phelan

Rob Phelan is an experienced Project Director currently at Turner & Townsend since March 2020, with a solid background in project management and consultancy. Previous roles include Director at Gardiner & Theobald LLP from July 2016 to March 2020, and Principal Project Manager at AECOM from September 2014 to July 2016. Rob has also held senior positions at Jackson Coles Construction Consultants, CBRE UK, Sweett Group, and EC Harris.
