Ruud Schoenmaekers

Ruud Schoenmaekers is an experienced project management professional with a focus on data centers and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend since September 2017. Ruud leads project delivery for a significant 36 MW Data Centre development in Zurich and has successfully managed various high-profile projects, including office optimizations for Johnson & Johnson and fitouts for Microsoft across Switzerland and the BeNeLux region. With a strong background in both project management and engineering, Ruud has engaged in numerous redevelopment initiatives and has contributed to the development of high-end facilities in multiple sectors. Ruud is further enhancing expertise with a Master of Business Administration in Construction and Real Estate from University College of Estate Management.
