La'Portia Jackson, MPH, is a dedicated professional in the field of public health with extensive experience in sexual assault prevention and community engagement. Currently serving as a Sexual Assault and Community Engagement Specialist at Turning Point since December 2022, La'Portia previously held positions as a Volunteer Advocate at YWCA West Central Michigan and an intern at the Michigan Organization on Adolescent Sexual Health, where responsibilities included research and the creation of educational materials.
