Turning Point
Mark D. Bailey is the Vice Chairman at Turning Point. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the fields of chemical dependency, mental health, and gambling addiction. Prior to their current position, Bailey was the Director of Special Projects at Harbor House Chemical Dependency Services, the Clinical Associate at Fondren Institute for Psychotherapy, and the Director of Operations at PI, Inc. Mark also owned and operated Southern Restaurant Corporation from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their work in the private sector, Bailey has also served as the Program Director for the Mississippi Council on Compulsive Gambling and the Clinical Director of the Sexual Compulsivity Program at COPAC.
Mark D. Bailey has a Doctor of Professional Counseling from Mississippi College, specializing in addiction treatment, relapse prevention and trauma resolution. Mark also has a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Mississippi State University. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi College.

We are a non-profit organization that is committed to providing exceptional residential services to 150 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, living in 34 homes throughout the Merrimack Valley and North Shore of MAssachusetts. We strive to teach, empower and encourage them to be self-confident and to make positive contributions. In doing so, we remain committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for their journey.
