Nicole Roberts has extensive experience in scheduling and management within healthcare and recreational environments. Currently serving as a Scheduling Coordinator at Turning Point, Inc. since March 2024, Nicole previously held positions as a Clinical Scheduler at Mass General Brigham Home Care and PARTNERS HEALTHCARE AT HOME - HOME CARE. Nicole's background also includes roles in the skating industry as a Skating Coach and Facilities Manager at various rinks, as well as a Program Director with North Shore Rink Management. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Legislative Aide for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1992 and 1996.
