Judith G. Berg

Judith G. Berg | MS, RN, FACHE is the immediate past Chief Executive Officer and President of HealthImpact, California's nationally recognized Nursing Workforce Center. Judith's career has included roles as Chief Nursing Officer in two California Health Systems, Regional Editor/Advisor for a National nursing media organization, and most recently has been the leader of California's Nursing Workforce Center. She has led state-wide initiatives related to identifying new roles for nurses as health care transforms, developing the nursing education plan for California to prepare nurses for a challenging future, and identifying strategies to increase capacity and quality in primary care settings through the inclusion of RNs in team-delivered care. Judith is married to Douglas, a long-time Visalia-based Certified Public Accountant. Together, they have a daughter named Emily.
