Sharon Benson

Sharon Benson has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Sharon currently holds the position of Vice President of People Development & Engagement at Turning Stone Enterprises and serves as a Talent & Culture Executive Advisor at ALLY Energy. Previously, they were the Head of Talent & Transformation at Country Lake Consulting and the Head of Human Resources at Grayson Mill Energy. Prior to that, they held various roles at Marathon Oil Corporation, including Senior HR Director, Talent and Strategy, HR Director, Corporate Talent & Compensation, and HR Director, Talent Management. Sharon also has experience as the Head of Corporate Talent Management at Newfield Exploration and as a Learning Development Consultant at LyondellBasell.
