Shawn Bates has a diverse and extensive work experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Shawn is currently working as the Principal Data Scientist at Oneida Nation Enterprises. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a Solution Director - Smart Data at ThreeBridge Solutions, where they played a key role in implementing data-driven solutions. Shawn also served as the Sr. Director of Global Analytics & BI at Radisson Hotel Group, where they spearheaded the delivery of analytics solutions across different departments. Shawn has also held leadership positions at LiftPoint Consulting, ICF Olson, FleetPride, and Advance Auto Parts, where they played a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through the use of data analytics. Shawn is well-versed in predictive modeling, marketing analytics, and customer loyalty. Overall, Shawn brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of data science and analytics.
Shawn Bates received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Statistics from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1996.
